# Troubleshooting

* Nothing saves and the console mentions storage: either start a MySQL connector before the resource, or set the database mode to none to use the JSON store deliberately.
* Items do nothing: the matching require flag has to be on and the item has to exist in your inventory. On ox\_inventory the supplied definitions must be pasted in and ox restarted.
* The panel will not open: staff access follows your framework. Confirm the account is in the admin group, or add the ACE grant shown in Installation.
* A renamed dependency is not detected: set the real resource name in the resource name map rather than renaming it back.
* Pieces are invisible at distance: that is the render distance setting, which is one of the values you can change live from the panel.
